I was not a bit shocked by the political manoeuvres or the illegal relationships or discriminating your own children based on their looks or even the treatment of women as sex tools. I highly recommend the book Blasphemy. May 22, Shivam Khandelwal rated it really liked udrrani. While the tantalizing title of this fiction inspired by the true story of a woman and about the debauchery of a Pir 1 gives the impression of another attack on Islam by a ‘feminist’ on the lookout for easy fame, surprisingly the gripping novel itself has not any trace of either ‘feminism’ or disdain for religion. If you feel your organized religion in its purest form needs to evolve and change, why follow it at all in the first place?
